Vědomou provokaci použil novozélandský vikář Glynn Cardy během letošního adventního rozjímání. Dle jeho vyjadření: "This billboard is trying to lampoon and ridicule the very literal idea that God is a male and somehow this male God impregnated Mary,"
Záměr se vydařil: plakát byl poničen, dostavily se televizní štáby a internetem se šíří teologické disputace o církevních dogmatech.

Mary bore her Son without any violation of her virginal integrity. After the birth of Jesus, Mary remained a Virgin. Mary was assumed body and soul into Heaven.
Mary is the Immaculate Conception.
